How to Make Special Onion Dosas

  • Add rava, maida, rice flour and salt and mix well.
  • Grind green chillies in water and add to the above.
  • Add the finely chopped onion.
  • Add coriander leaves.
  • Add more water to the above than required for dosa consistency.
  • Heat a non-stick pan on medium flame.
  • Take a big spoon of dosa batter and pour it onto the pan. You must not spread it as you do for ordinary dosas.
  • Shallow-fry both sides till they are done.
  • Spread a spoon of ghee/oil over the dosa.
  • Serve hot.
