Ingredients

  • 2 bunches - finely chopped Spinach
  • 2 cups - Carrots (chopped in circles)
  • 2 cups - peas
  • 2 - Onions
  • 1 tsp - Jeera
  • 1 tsp -saunf(fennel seed)
  • 2 tsp - pav bhaji masala or Garam Masala
  • 4tbsp - oil
  • Salt, to taste

How to Make Special Palak Curry

  • Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan.
  • Add jeera and saunf and saute.
  • Add onion and fry it for some time, then add palak, carrots and peas.
  • Cover it with a lid and let the vegetables get cooked.
  • Cook until oil separates from the curry.
  • Now add salt and the masala, stir it for some time and the curry is ready.
