How to Make

  • Wash spinach and cut it into small pieces.
  • Heat oil, add fenugreek, cumin and mustard.
  • When it splutters, add red chillies and grated ginger.
  • Now, add spinach and fry for 1-2 mins. Switch off the stove.
  • When it cools down, mix with curd and salt.
  • Garnish with chopped tomato or carrot and coriander leaves.
