How to Make Special Pancakes

  • Crush jaggery in a little water and after it has melted, add both the flour, mixing it while doing so.
  • Mix in the powdered cardamom.
  • Heat a pan, oil it a little and pour a little batter.
  • Spread the batter slowly from the centre (not too thin).
  • Flip over after the lower part is cooked.
  • Remove from the pan, once the other side is also done.
