Ingredients

  • Paneer - 200 g
  • Big Onion - 1 cup finely chopped
  • Tomato - 2 medium finely chopped
  • Green chilli - 5 slit
  • Capsicum - 1 small
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  • coriander powder - 1tsp
  • Garam Masala powder - 3/4 tsp
  • Sunflower oil - 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Special Paneer Burji:

    1. Pour oil in a kadai, add chopped onions and saute till golden brown.
    2. Add all powders, saute for few seconds, then add paneer, salt and scramble nicely.
    3. Finally, add tomatoes, green chillies, capsicum and stir well.
    4. Garnish with coriander leaves.
    5. Serve hot.
