  • 1 cup - grated Paneer
  • 1 cup - boiled and mashed potato
  • 1 tsp - finely chopped green chillies
  • 1/2 cup - corn flour
  • 1/2 cup - maida
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to fry

  • Mix all the ingredients to make a dough.
  • Shape the dough into small balls and flatten with palms.
  • Deep-fry in oil.
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce.
