Ingredients

  • Paneer - 1 cup
  • Boiled eggs - 4
  • Onions - 2
  • Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • Green chilli paste - 1/2 tsp
  • Tomatoes - 3
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala powder - 1 tsp
  • Oil - 1/4 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves - 3 sprigs
  • How to Make Special Paneer-Egg Curry:

    1. Heat oil in a pan and add ginger-garlic paste. Fry for a minute, add onions to it and fry till golden brown.
    2. Now add the chillies, turmeric powder and salt.
    3. Add the tomatoes in it and saute for 5 minutes.
    4. Take some oil in another pan and fry the boiled eggs till golden brown. Then cut them in four halves.
    5. Now add the paneer in gravy and let it boil for a minute or two.
    6. Add fried eggs to the prepared paneer and sprinkle garam masala powder.
    7. Garnish curry with coriander leaves. Serve.
