  • Paneer - 1 cup
  • Boiled eggs - 4
  • Onions - 2
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • Green chilli paste - 1/2 tsp
  • Tomatoes - 3
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
  • Oil - 1/4 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves - 3 sprigs

How to Make Special Paneer-Egg Curry

  • Heat oil in a pan and add ginger-garlic paste. Fry for a minute, add onions to it and fry till golden brown.
  • Now add the chillies, turmeric powder and salt.
  • Add the tomatoes in it and saute for 5 minutes.
  • Take some oil in another pan and fry the boiled eggs till golden brown. Then cut them in four halves.
  • Now add the paneer in gravy and let it boil for a minute or two.
  • Add fried eggs to the prepared paneer and sprinkle garam masala powder.
  • Garnish curry with coriander leaves. Serve.
