Ingredients

  • Basmati Rice - 1 cup
  • Paneer - 100 g
  • Onion - 2 medium (chopped)
  • Capsicum - 1 (chopped)
  • Celery - 2 tbsp (chopped)
  • Cabbage - 1/2 cup (chopped)
  • Ajinomoto - a pinch (optional)
  • Pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Butter - 2 tbsp
  • Spring onion - 1/2 bunch chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Special Paneer Fried Rice:

    1. Soak rice for 1/2 an hour. Cook it adding salt and keep aside.
    2. In a wok, add butter saute the onion till soft, then add all the vegetables, one by one stirring for few seconds.
    3. Add paneer and saute for about 10- 20 seconds. Then add rice.
    4. Fry it, add ajinomoto, pepper powder and salt to taste.
    5. Garnish with spring onion.
    6. Serve hot with spicy side dish.
