How to Make

  • Soak rice for 1/2 an hour. Cook it adding salt and keep aside.
  • In a wok, add butter saute the onion till soft, then add all the vegetables, one by one stirring for few seconds.
  • Add paneer and saute for about 10- 20 seconds. Then add rice.
  • Fry it, add ajinomoto, pepper powder and salt to taste.
  • Garnish with spring onion.
  • Serve hot with spicy side dish.
