  • 250 gms -paneer, cubed
  • 2 cups - coriander leaves, chopped.
  • 1 cup - Curd
  • 5 - Green chillies
  • 10 Cloves - Garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 tbsp - Butter
  • How to Make Special Paneer Fry:

    1. Grind coriander, green chillies, curd, garlic and salt into a fine paste
    2. Mix it in with the paneer cubes and marinate for 30 mins.
    3. Heat butter in a pan and shallow-fry the paneer cubes until light brown.
