  • 250 gms -paneer, cubed
  • 2 cups - coriander leaves, chopped.
  • 1 cup - curd
  • 5 - green chillies
  • 10 cloves - garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 tbsp - butter

How to Make Special Paneer Fry

  • Grind coriander, green chillies, curd, garlic and salt into a fine paste
  • Mix it in with the paneer cubes and marinate for 30 mins.
  • Heat butter in a pan and shallow-fry the paneer cubes until light brown.
