How to Make Special Paneer in Cream

  • Wash and cut paneer into long pieces. Keep aside.
  • Pressure cook tomato and onion together on high till you hear 2 whistles, with little less than 1/2 a cooker of water.
  • Take out when pressure cooked and set aside along with water.
  • Cool and grind with water so as to make soup and then strain water in saucepan.
  • Bring the soup to a boil and pour cream.
  • Let it boil for at least 10 minutes.
  • Now, add salt and turmeric powder. Stir and let it boil for 1 minute.
  • Add the chunks of paneer and washed methi leaves.
  • Boil for another 2 minutes on high. Serve this with parathas.
