  • 250 g - Paneer (Cottage Cheese)
  • 2 - Tomatoes (medium)
  • 2 - Onions (medium)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 3 tbsp: Cream / Half & Half
  • Dry Methi leaves : 1 tsp
  • How to Make Special Paneer in Cream:

    1. Wash and cut paneer into long pieces. Keep aside.
    2. Pressure cook tomato and onion together on high till you hear 2 whistles, with little less than 1/2 a cooker of water.
    3. Take out when pressure cooked and set aside along with water.
    4. Cool and grind with water so as to make soup and then strain water in saucepan.
    5. Bring the soup to a boil and pour cream.
    6. Let it boil for at least 10 minutes.
    7. Now, add salt and turmeric powder. Stir and let it boil for 1 minute.
    8. Add the chunks of paneer and washed methi leaves.
    9. Boil for another 2 minutes on high. Serve this with parathas.
