  • 1 litre - Milk
  • Few drops - Lemon Juice
  • How to Make Special Paneer (Indian Cheese):

    1. Boil milk in a stainless steel pot and stir the milk regularly, to make sure it doesn't burn.
    2. Once the milk is boiling thoroughly, remove the pot from the stove and add lemon juice. The milk would start curdling.
    3. Have another pot ready. You'll also need a strainer covered with a cheesecloth.
    4. Pour the curds into the strainer, letting it drain into the pot.
    5. Wrap the cheesecloth so as to cover the curds completely.
    6. Press the cheesecloth a little with your hands or a spoon to squeeze every last bit of liquid out of the paneer.
    7. Now, you have a block of paneer.
    8. Cut into desired sizes and use.
