  • Fried Paneer- 1 pack
  • Capsicums - 2
  • Onions -1
  • Tomato Paste - 1 tin (small)
  • Green chilli - 4-5
  • Red Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger Paste - 1/2 tsp
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Sugar- a pinch
  • Salt - to taste
  • How to Make Special Paneer Jalfrezi:

    1. Cut the veg. into thin long slices. Julienne them.
    2. Put the frozen fried paneer cubes in hot water and soak it for some time.
    3. Change the water again and put it in hot water till it defreezes.
    4. This will also rinse away excess oil in the paneer.
    5. Pour 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds, onions, capsicums, green chilli, ginger. Keep the stove in high. Fry it just for a few mins until it becomes tender.
    6. Add the masalas, sugar and salt. Fry for some more time.
    7. Now add the tomato paste.
    8. Once the oil starts coming out it's cooked.
    9. Serve it with rotis and parathas.
