  • 4 cups - Wheat flour
  • 300g - Paneer
  • 4 - Green chillies (finely chopped)
  • handful of Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
  • 1.5 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - ajwain
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 6 to 7 tbsp - Ghee
  • sufficient water to knead the dough
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Special Paneer paratha:

    1. Make a semi-soft dough with salt. Cover it and keep it aside.
    2. Crumble the paneer.
    3. Add coriander leaves, green chillies, cumin seeds, red chilli powder and salt.
    4. Mix it well.
    5. Divide the dough into equal portions.
    6. Roll out a portion into a small roti, applying little ghee on it.
    7. Place about 1.5 tbsp of the paneer mixture in the centre of the roti.
    8. Gather the outer edges.
    9. Dip it and roll it out into a slightly thick paratha.
    10. Roast on a pre-heated tawa on a medium flame till both the sides are golden in colour. Apply ghee (approximately 1 tsp) while turning the sides.
    11. Serve it hot with plain curd.
