How to Make Special Paneer Samosa

  • Add salt to maida and mix in a bowl; add ajwain.
  • Add 1 tsp oil and 1/4 cup water to make a thick dough.
  • For the stuffing, mix all the ingredients and spices in a bowl.
  • Doll out the dough into a circle and shape into a cone. Dampen the edges.
  • Fill the cone with the stuffing and close the edges.
  • Deep-fry the samosas and serve hot with ketchup.
