Ingredients

  • 200 g - cubed low calorie paneer
  • 100 g - lettuce
  • 50 g - jalapenos
  • 1 cup - chopped pineapple
  • 2 - tomatoes
  • 1 - onion
  • 1 tbsp - mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp - mustard sauce
  • 1 tbsp - oregano
  • 1 loaf - brown bread

How to Make Special Paneer Sandwich

  • Evenly spread mayonnaise and mustard sauce on the bread slices.
  • Place the lettuce on it.
  • Spread the onion and tomato slices on the lettuce.
  • Chop pineapple, jalapenos and paneer into small pieces. Place on bread slice.
  • Spread some more mayonnaise, mustard sauce on it and sprinkle over with oregano.
  • Healthy sandwich is ready.
