  • 5 - Karela (peeled, washed and deep-fried)
  • 250 g - Paneer
  • 1 - onion, medium
  • 1 - tomato, medium
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Salt to taste
  • Red Chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 bunch - Coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala
  • How to Make Special Paneer Stuffed Karela:

    1. Crumble the paneer and add to it the spices (salt and red pepper).
    2. Now, fill the karelas with this paneer.
    3. Take a little oil in a kadai and fry the chopped onions till transparent.
    4. Now, add chopped tomatoes and fry for just a min.
    5. Add the dry spices in the tomatoes (salt, pepper, turmeric).
    6. Add the stuffed karelas to the kadai and mix well (make sure the stuffing doesn't come out).
    7. If there is a little paneer left, put it in along with the karelas.
    8. Let it be on medium fire for 10 mins.
    9. Stir occasionally.
    10. Now, add chopped coriander, garam masala and serve hot with any dals/curries.
