Ingredients

  • 2 - medium green mangoes
  • 10-12 tsp - sugar
  • 1/4 tsp - salt
  • 1/2 tsp - black salt
  • 1/2 tsp - roasted cumin seed
  • 3 cups - water

How to Make Special Panna

  • Boil the green mangoes thoroughly in a pressure cooker with water.
  • Remove the pulp and strain it.
  • Then add 3 cups of water to it.
  • Add salt, black salt, sugar, powdered cumin and stir well with a spoon.
  • Serve it cold with ice.
