  • 8-chicken leg pieces.
  • 2 tbsp - butter.
  • 1/2 tsp -jeera.
  • 1-cinammon.
  • 2-bay leaves.
  • 3-4- cloves.
  • 8-10- whole black pepper.
  • powder black pepper.
  • salt.

How to Make Special pepper Chicken

  • Wash the chicken pieces and keep aside.
  • Heat butter in a pressure cooker and pour in all the whole spices.
  • When they begin to splutter, pour black pepper (powder) and salt.
  • Add chicken pieces in and stir and cook for 3-4 mins.
  • Pour little water and close the pressure cooker.
  • After 1.5 whistle, open the cooker and stir the chicken and cook until it takes a good brown colour and the gravy becomes somewhat thicker.
  • Serve hot either with salad or as snacks with cocktails.
