  • 8-chicken leg pieces.
  • 2 tbsp - butter.
  • 1/2 tsp -jeera.
  • 1-cinammon.
  • 2-bay leaves.
  • 3-4- cloves.
  • 8-10- whole black pepper.
  • powder black pepper.
  • salt.
  • How to Make Special pepper Chicken:

    1. Wash the chicken pieces and keep aside.
    2. Heat butter in a pressure cooker and pour in all the whole spices.
    3. When they begin to splutter, pour black pepper (powder) and salt.
    4. Add chicken pieces in and stir and cook for 3-4 mins.
    5. Pour little water and close the pressure cooker.
    6. After 1.5 whistle, open the cooker and stir the chicken and cook until it takes a good brown colour and the gravy becomes somewhat thicker.
    7. Serve hot either with salad or as snacks with cocktails.
