How to Make Special Poha

  • Grind mustard seeds, coconut, red chillies and jaggery with little a water.
  • Soak the poha in water for 5 mins, then drain and keep it aside.
  • In a kadai, heat the oil and add mustard seeds. Allow to splutter.
  • Add haldi, peanuts and curry leaves.
  • Add the tamarind juice and grinded mixture.
  • Add salt and the poha.
  • Mix well for 3-4 mins and then serve hot.
