Ingredients

  • 300 gms - Boneless Chicken.
  • 1/4 cup - Curd.
  • 1tsp - chilli powder.
  • Mint.
  • 3-4 - green Chillies.
  • 1 cup - Onion paste.
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 1tsp - Dhani Jeera powder.
  • Whole Garam Masala (cloves, dalchini, shahzeera and elaichi).
  • 1 - Tomato cut into small pieces.
  • How to Make Special Pudina Chicken:

    1. Marinate the chicken for 15 mins in curd, chilli, turmeric and dhania-jeera powder.
    2. In a cooker, heat oil and add garam masala and let it splutter.
    3. Add the mint paste and fry till it absorbs all.
    4. Then add tomatoes and the chicken.
    5. Mix well add just 1/2 cup water and cover the cooker and cook till 2 whistles.
    6. After 2 whistles let it cool down.
    7. Open the cooker and cook on high flame.
    8. If the gravy is too thin, you can add cashew nut/almond paste/cream.
    9. Finally add kasuri methi and serve.
