Ingredients

  • 300 gms - Boneless Chicken.
  • 1/4 cup - Curd.
  • 1tsp - chilli powder.
  • Mint.
  • 3-4 - green Chillies.
  • 1 cup - Onion paste.
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 1tsp - Dhani Jeera powder.
  • Whole Garam Masala (cloves, dalchini, shahzeera and elaichi).
  • 1 - Tomato cut into small pieces.

How to Make Special Pudina Chicken

  • Marinate the chicken for 15 mins in curd, chilli, turmeric and dhania-jeera powder.
  • In a cooker, heat oil and add garam masala and let it splutter.
  • Add the mint paste and fry till it absorbs all.
  • Then add tomatoes and the chicken.
  • Mix well add just 1/2 cup water and cover the cooker and cook till 2 whistles.
  • After 2 whistles let it cool down.
  • Open the cooker and cook on high flame.
  • If the gravy is too thin, you can add cashew nut/almond paste/cream.
  • Finally add kasuri methi and serve.
