  • 1 cup - Ragi flour
  • 2 tbsp - coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 - onion, finely chopped
  • A pinch - cumin, roasted
  • 2 - green chillies, finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Special Ragi Roti:

    1. Mix all the ingredients with hot water and make a soft dough. Keep aside for 30 mins.
    2. Make small balls.
    3. Flatten the balls with you palm and fry on a heated tava greased with oil.
    4. Cook till both sides are done.
    5. Serve with curd.
