How to Make Special Sambar Masala

  • Heat oil in a pan and saute all the ingredients separately, one at a time.
  • Fry the dhaniya, the coconut, red chillies, coriander leaves, shahjeera, methi and cinnamon and keep aside in a plate.
  • Sprinkle the asafoetida on the fried ingredients.
  • Now grind the ingredients with the masala powder into a fine powder.
