  • ½ tin - condensed Milk
  • 1 litre - Milk
  • ½ cup - chopped almonds, pistachio, Cashew nuts
  • 2 tsp - Chironji
  • 5 pieces dry Dates
  • 50 g - vermicelli (fine)
  • 2 tsp - Ghee
  • How to Make Special Sheer Kurma:

    1. Heat ghee in vessel and roast vermicelli till it is brown.
    2. Add the dry fruits and chironji to the vermicelli.
    3. Add the dry dates and let it swell.
    4. Add the milk and let it boil. Reduce heat and when it becomes a bit thick add the condensed milk.
    5. Sprinkle dry fruits before serving.
