  • ½ tin - condensed milk
  • 1 litre - milk
  • ½ cup - chopped almonds, pistachio, cashew nuts
  • 2 tsp - chironji
  • 5 pieces dry dates
  • 50 g - vermicelli (fine)
  • 2 tsp - ghee

How to Make Special Sheer Kurma

  • Heat ghee in vessel and roast vermicelli till it is brown.
  • Add the dry fruits and chironji to the vermicelli.
  • Add the dry dates and let it swell.
  • Add the milk and let it boil. Reduce heat and when it becomes a bit thick add the condensed milk.
  • Sprinkle dry fruits before serving.
