  • 500 g - Tomatoes
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 2 tsp - Dhania powder
  • 10 pieces - Garlic
  • 1 tsp - mustard
  • 1 tsp - Urad Dal
  • 6 tbsp - oil
  • Salt - to taste
  • How to Make Special Tomato Chutney:

    1. Puree the tomatoes.
    2. Heat the pan and pour 6 tbsp of oil. Season with mustard and urad dal.
    3. Pour the tomato puree into the pan, add the chilli powder, coriander powder and salt to taste.
    4. Also add the garlic.
    5. Keep stirring the contents till all the water is evaporated and the chutney becomes very thick.
