How to Make Special Tomato Gojju

  • Wash and cut tomatoes into small pieces.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add the seasoning ingredients.
  • Add the cut tomato pieces and cook for about 2 mins.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients, cook on a low flame till the contents become thick and dark red in colour.
  • Add oil intermittently to ensure that the contents do not stick to the bottom of the pan.
  • Serve with chapatti or rice.
