  • 1 cup -rice flour
  • 1/2 cup -plain flour (maida)
  • 1 cup- sooji (rava)
  • 1/2 cup -besan (gram flour)
  • Oil
  • 4-5 -medium Tomatoes
  • Ginger, garlic, Green chilli and coriander (cilantro) - to taste
  • Salt
  • How to Make Special Tomato Omelette:

    1. Mix all the three flours together and make a thick paste. Keep it for 15-20 mins.
    2. Pour this mixture in grinder. Add tomatoes, ginger, garlic, chilli, coriander and salt.
    3. Grind this mixture to a paste.
    4. Heat non-stick pan and apply some oil (around 1/2 tsp for each omelette) to it.
    5. Pour around one cup of paste on the pan, spread it evenly and let this cook. After 5-7 mins, the omelette is ready and crispy (like masala dosa) and ready to eat. Serve it along with tamarind chutney and garlic bread.
