Ingredients

  • 1 kg-tomato
  • 150 grams- Green chillies
  • 150 grams-garlic
  • 150 grams-ginger
  • 200 grams- oil
  • 2 tsp- Jeera
  • 1/2 tsp-mustard
  • 1/2 tsp-methi seed
  • 1/2 tsp-saunf (aniseed)
  • 1 tsp-sugar
  • 2 tbsp- Vinegar
  • salt
  • How to Make Special Tomato Pickle:

    1. Cut tomatoes into big pieces and cook.
    2. It will leave some water, stir till all of the water is gone.
    3. Crush garlic and ginger.
    4. Cut green chillies into small pieces.
    5. Heat oil and put jeera, methi, mustard and saunf.
    6. Fry it.
    7. Put green chillies, garlic, ginger and fry it till pink in colour.
    8. Mix cooked tomato, add salt and sugar. Stir it for 5 min.
    9. Remove it from flame and after 5 mins add vinegar.
    10. It is ready to eat.
