Ingredients

  • 1 kg-tomato
  • 150 grams- green chillies
  • 150 grams-garlic
  • 150 grams-ginger
  • 200 grams- oil
  • 2 tsp- jeera
  • 1/2 tsp-mustard
  • 1/2 tsp-methi seed
  • 1/2 tsp-saunf (aniseed)
  • 1 tsp-sugar
  • 2 tbsp- vinegar
  • salt

How to Make Special Tomato Pickle

  • Cut tomatoes into big pieces and cook.
  • It will leave some water, stir till all of the water is gone.
  • Crush garlic and ginger.
  • Cut green chillies into small pieces.
  • Heat oil and put jeera, methi, mustard and saunf.
  • Fry it.
  • Put green chillies, garlic, ginger and fry it till pink in colour.
  • Mix cooked tomato, add salt and sugar. Stir it for 5 min.
  • Remove it from flame and after 5 mins add vinegar.
  • It is ready to eat.
