How to Make Special Uttapam

  • Chop all the ingredients and mix with the batter, along with a little salt.
  • Heta a non-stick pan on medium heat, spread a ladleful of the batter, spread a tsp of oil on the sides (optional) and cover the pan for a while.
  • When it's cooked on one side, flip and cook the other side, without the lid on.
  • Flip it once more, let it get crisp, and then serve with coconut chutney.
