Ingredients

  • 5 cups - beans, French
  • 5 cups - green peppers (bell peppers)
  • 50 g - mushrooms, fresh
  • 1 pat - butter, salted, (1 inch sq, 1/3 inch high)
  • 5 cups - cauliflower, raw
  • 5 cups - cabbage, fresh
  • 5 cups - zucchini
  • 5 cups - broccoli, fresh
  • Italian seasoning
  • Salt - to taste
  • 2 tsp - chopped coriander leaves

How to Make Special Vegetable medley

  • Cut similar-size strips of all the vegetables.
  • Heat butter in a wok for about 1 minute.
  • Add all the vegetables one by one and cook on high flame for about 5 minutes.
  • Make sure the vegetables are still crunchy.
  • Remove from fire, season with salt and seasoning of your choice.
  • Italian seasoning with a juice of lemon and chilly flakes tastes best.
