Ingredients

  • 200 g - Carrot
  • 200 g - Broccoli
  • 200 g - beans
  • 200 g - Cauliflower
  • 1 cube - vegetable stock
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 1/3 cup - water

How to Make

  • Cut all veggies into 1 inch long pieces.
  • Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add all vegetables and fry.
  • Add stock, 1/3 cup water, salt and pepper powder.
  • Stir-fry until vegetables are done.
