Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Besan
  • 1 cup - Sooji (rava)
  • 1 cup - wheat flour (atta)
  • 1 - potato
  • 1 - onion
  • 3 - green chillies
  • Few leaves - coriander
  • 1 pinch - Baking soda

How to Make Special Vegetarian Omelette

  • Mix all the flours. Grate the potato and onion. Add chopped green chillies, coriander, baking soda, and salt to taste.
  • Add water till it comes to a dosa batter consistency.
  • Heat a non-stick pan and pour a spoonful of the batter and spread it like a dosa.
  • Add a tbsp of oil and cook until golden brown.
  • Serve hot with chutney or ketchup or achar.
