Ingredients

  • 2.25 cups - maida/all - purpose flour
  • 75 ml - oil
  • 20 gm - powdered Sugar
  • 2 tbsp - crystallised Sugar/Demerara Sugar
  • 1 big pinch - Salt
  • 1 pinch - Baking powder
  • 1 handful - Almonds (with skin on)
  • 1-2 - green Cardamoms

How to Make Speckled Almond Flour Blondies

  • Preheat oven to 180 deg C.
  • Finely grind almonds along with cardamoms and a tsp of sugar.
  • Mix maida, salt, powdered sugar and baking powder well.
  • Add ground almonds and crystallised sugar and mix well.
  • Add oil and mix well with your hands.
  • The blondie dough will be a crumbly mixture.
  • Roll the dough mix into half tbsp sized balls and place them on a baking tray.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  • Cool on a rack and store in an airtight container.
