Ingredients

  • 2.25 cups - maida/all - purpose flour
  • 75 ml - oil
  • 20 gm - powdered Sugar
  • 2 tbsp - crystallised Sugar/Demerara Sugar
  • 1 big pinch - Salt
  • 1 pinch - Baking powder
  • 1 handful - Almonds (with skin on)
  • 1-2 - green Cardamoms
  • How to Make Speckled Almond Flour Blondies:

    1. Preheat oven to 180 deg C.
    2. Finely grind almonds along with cardamoms and a tsp of sugar.
    3. Mix maida, salt, powdered sugar and baking powder well.
    4. Add ground almonds and crystallised sugar and mix well.
    5. Add oil and mix well with your hands.
    6. The blondie dough will be a crumbly mixture.
    7. Roll the dough mix into half tbsp sized balls and place them on a baking tray.
    8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
    9. Cool on a rack and store in an airtight container.
