  • 8 hard boiled eggs
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli powder
  • pinch - mustard
  • 2 tbsp - mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp - finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/4 tsp - pepper
  • 1 large tomato, cut into cubes
  • salt to taste

How to Make Spiced Devilled Eggs

  • Slice the eggs in half, lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks into a bowl.
  • Add mustard, mayonnaise, chilli powder, coriander leaves, pepper and salt and mash well. Blend thoroughly.
  • If not fluffy enough, add a little milk.
  • Fill the egg whites generously with the yolk mixture and garnish each with a cube of tomato. Chill before serving.
