Ingredients

  • 125 g - margarine
  • 150 g - castor Sugar
  • 4 tbsp - Honey
  • 1 tsp - vanilla essence
  • 250 g - dried mixed fruits
  • 115 g - mixed fruit cocktail
  • 115 g - Refined flour
  • 1/2 tsp - each of cinnamon, Nutmeg and Ginger powdered
  • 60 g - bread crumbs
  • 70 ml - rum or brandy
  • 2 - Egg

How to Make Spiced Fruit Pudding

  • Take a microwave bowl of 1.5 litre capacity and grease it well.
  • Mix margarine and sugar with a beater till fluffy.
  • Add one egg at a time and beat them well.
  • Mix in the honey and the essence.
  • Add in the canned fruit cocktail, dry fruits refined flour, essence, spices, breadcrumbs and brandy or rum.
  • After mixing thoroughly, put the prepared mixture in the bowl.
  • Cook on low 30% until done (approx 40 mins).
