Ingredients

  • Chicken - 1 kg or 1/2 lbs.
  • Onions - 2.
  • green pepper - 4.
  • Ginger paste - 1 tsp.
  • Garlic paste - 1 tsp.
  • Cloves - 4 to 5 (powdered).
  • Cinnamon - 4 to 5.
  • pepper powder - 1/2 to 1 tsp.
  • Coriander leaves - to garnish.
  • How to Make Spiced Indian Chicken:

    1. Heat oil in a pan. Add green pepper, onion, ginger paste and garlic paste.
    2. Fry for sometime.
    3. Add chicken and salt. Cook till it is 3/4th cooked.
    4. Then add powdered cloves and cinnamon pieces.
    5. Then add pepper powder to your taste.
    6. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
