How to Make Spiced Palak Paneer

  • Wash palak in water and chop.
  • Add ginger and green chillies and cook on low flame till all the moisture evaporates. Cool and grind it into a fine paste and keep aside.
  • Grind tomato and onion together.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic and onion-tomato paste, fry till the raw smell is gone.
  • Add the palak and stir. Add kasoori methi and salt to taste. Cook for a while.
  • Cut paneer into diamond-shaped pieces and fry in oil.
  • Add paneer to the gravy before serving.
