  • 1 cup - all - purpose flour
  • 1 cup - Whole wheat flour
  • 3 tbsp - Olive oil
  • 1 tsp - Red chilly flakes
  • 1 tsp - Dry parsley leaves
  • 1 tsp - Ajwain seeds
  • 1/4 tsp - Flax seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - Sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp - Salt
  • 3 tbsp - Yogurt.

How to Make Spicy Ajwain Biscuits

  • Preheat the oven to 350F and line the baking sheets over a baking tray and keep aside.
  • Now combine all the flour, salt, red chilly flakes, dry parsley leaves, ajwain seeds, flax seeds, sesame seeds, yoghurt, olive oil and water, mix well and knead into a stiff dough.
  • Roll the dough out as a thick circle and cut it with a cookie cutter.
  • Place the circles over the baking sheets and bake for 20-25mins.
  • Now let it cool.
  • Serve with tea.
