  • 25- Garlic Cloves
  • 7- Dry Red Chillies
  • 1- Tamarind pieces (blueberry sized)
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp - Gingili oil.
  • How to Make Spicy and Tangy Garlic Chutney:

    1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the dry red chillies and tamarind piece and keep aside.
    2. Now saute the garlic cloves until golden brown.
    3. Now combine the chillies, tamarind and garlic in a mixie jar. Then add the gingili oil, salt and water and grind into a coarse paste.
    4. Serve with dosas or idlis.
