Ingredients

  • 2 - skinned Chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 8 - cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 - green pepper, seeded and cut into 1 inch portions
  • 1 - yellow pepper, seeded and cut into 1 inch portions
  • 4 - pearl Onions
  • Marinade:
  • 1.5 cups - soy sauce
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp - dhania-jeera powder
  • 10 - Garlic Cloves
  • 1 inch - Ginger
  • 1/2 cup - cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup - mint, finely chopped
  • 3 tsp - chilli powder
  • 2 tsp - canola/olive/corn oil

How to Make Spicy Barbecued Chicken Kababs

  • Blend oil, ginger and garlic into a fine paste.
  • Mix the blended garlic-ginger paste with soy sauce, cilantro, cayenne pepper and mint.
  • Marinate chicken in the sauce for 1 hour.
  • Skewer 3 cubes of chicken, 1 tomato, onion, green pepper and repeat until the skewer is full.
  • Baste the skewer with spray of oil and grill for around 15 mins or until done.
