Ingredients

  • Marie biscuits - 10
  • 1/2 cup - Besan
  • 1/2 tsp - Chilli powder
  • salt
  • A pinch - Asafoetida
  • Eno fruit salt
  • Oil to deep fry

How to Make Spicy Biscuits

  • In a bowl, take besan, add chilli powder, salt, asafoetida and Eno fruit salt and mix with water to a semi-solid consistency.
  • Break the Marie biscuits into 2 halves, dip in mixture and deep fry.
