How to Make Spicy Brinjal in Curd

  • Slit brinjal into four without separating them
  • Heat oil in a wide pan
  • Put coriander seeds and curry leaves into the oil
  • When coriander seeds start crackling put the brinjal into it
  • Then add dry masala into the brinjal
  • Cover it with a lid until brinjal become tender and the raw smell of the masala goes
  • Switch off the gas and add curd into it when brinjal cools
  • Mix it properly and serve with hot chapattis
