  • 1/4 litre - yoghurt
  • 3 glasses - water
  • few curry leaves
  • 1 tsp - cumin seeds
  • 1 inch - ginger
  • few sprigs of coriander
  • 4 tsp - chopped cucumber
  • 1 - small chilli(optional)
  • salt to taste

How to Make Spicy Buttermilk Cooler

  • Blend together all the spices and leaves till they attain a paste like consistency.
  • To this, add yogurt, water and blend well.
  • Chill in the refrigerator and serve.
