Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - Capsicum (cut into big pieces)
  • 1 - onion, big
  • 2-3 - Green chillies
  • salt to taste
  • 1.5 tsp - chilli powder
  • a pinch of Turmeric
  • 2.5 sticks - Dalchini
  • 2-3 - lavang
  • 1 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala powder
  • How to Make Spicy Capsicum Masala:

    1. Fry onion and ginger-garlic paste in a little oil and grind it to form a paste.
    2. Then heat oil in a pan, season it with dalchini and lavang and let them splutter.
    3. Add onion paste and green chillies, and fry for a few minutes.
    4. Then add capsicum and stir well.
    5. Fry for 5 minutes and add salt, chilli powder, turmeric, and garam masala powder.
    6. Add water and cook until done.
    7. Garnish with coriander.
