  • 1/2 kg - capsicum (cut into big pieces)
  • 1 - onion, big
  • 2-3 - green chillies
  • salt to taste
  • 1.5 tsp - chilli powder
  • a pinch of turmeric
  • 2.5 sticks - dalchini
  • 2-3 - lavang
  • 1 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp - garam masala powder

How to Make Spicy Capsicum Masala

  • Fry onion and ginger-garlic paste in a little oil and grind it to form a paste.
  • Then heat oil in a pan, season it with dalchini and lavang and let them splutter.
  • Add onion paste and green chillies, and fry for a few minutes.
  • Then add capsicum and stir well.
  • Fry for 5 minutes and add salt, chilli powder, turmeric, and garam masala powder.
  • Add water and cook until done.
  • Garnish with coriander.
