How to Make Spicy Chick Peas

  • Drain chickpeas and wash. Place in a deep pan.
  • Chop tomatoes and green chillies. Cut ginger into thin strips.
  • Mix chickpeas with all ingredients except ghee.
  • Heat ghee till smoking in a frying pan, pour over the chickpeas.
  • Mix thoroughly and keep on low heat for 10 mins, stirring occasionally.
  • Take off heat, garnish with onion rings and lemon.
