How to Make Spicy Chicken 65

  • For the chicken pakora:
  • Mix the chicken, egg, ginger- garlic paste, cornflour, maida, chilli sauce, salt, chilli powder, pepper and ajinomoto.
  • Cover the chicken pieces with batter before frying.
  • Now heat oil in a deep pan and deep fry the pakoras until slightly brown.
  • For chicken 65:
  • Heat four tbsp of oil in a kadai and saute the green chillies, garlic, and curry leaves.
  • Now add the yogurt, red chilli powder, garam masala and red colour.
  • Cook for 2-3 mins and add the chicken pakoras to it.
  • Cook until dry.
