  • 4 - Chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp - Garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli sauce
  • 1/2 tsp - soy sauce
  • 2 - green peppers (capsicums)
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • salt - to taste
  • How to Make Spicy Chicken Breast Casserole:

    1. Wash the chicken breasts, marinate with the garlic paste, chilli powder, chilli sauce, soy sauce, and a little salt for about one hour.
    2. Cut the green peppers into slices and discard the stalks and seeds.
    3. Arrange the marinated chicken in an oven proof dish and then arrange a layer of the green peppers over it.
    4. Drizzle oil on the top and shake the dish, so that the oil sleeps to the bottom.
    5. Cover the dish with aluminium foil.
    6. Bake in a moderate oven (355 degrees) for about 1 hour.
    7. Serve with rice or any type of bread or pasta.
