  • 500 gms - Chicken pieces
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • 1 bunch - Onions
  • 12 Cloves - garlic, finely chopped
  • 1-inch piece - ginger, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp - Maggi black pepper mix
  • 1/2 cup - water

How to Make Spicy Chicken in Maggi Black Pepper Mix

  • Wash and clean chicken pieces. Drain out the water thoroughly.
  • Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan.
  • Add chopped spring onions and fry till they are golden brown in colour.
  • Add chopped garlic and ginger to it.
  • Saute for 2 - 3 minutes.
  • Add chicken pieces, 1 packet of Maggi black pepper mix and 1/2 cup of water to it.
  • Cover it with a lid and cook on low to medium heat till it is done.
  • Serve it hot with rotis.
