How to Make Spicy Chicken in Tomato Gravy

  • Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  • Apply half of the red ground masala and half of the green masala on the chicken and keep aside for an hour.
  • Fry the onion in the required quantity of oil; remove the fried (brown) onions and then fry the chicken pieces till brown.
  • Remove the chicken pieces and then fry the remaining masala in oil.
  • Add the tomatoes and keep stirring till the oil separates; then add the chicken pieces, onions, and coriander leaves.
  • Mix well and cook on slow fire till the gravy thickens.
  • There is no need to add extra water.
