Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - chicken
  • 3 tbsp - Worcester sauce
  • 1 tsp - soya sauce
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • Mix all the above ingredients and put in the refrigerator previous night or 2 to 3 hours before cooking
  • 2 - onions, medium size
  • 10-12 - green chillies
  • 1 - capsicum, large size
  • 2 bunches - coriander leaves
  • Pepper to taste
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Spicy Chicken in Worcester Sauce

  • Put 3 tbsp of oil in a kadai, add onions, and fry till golden brown. Add 10 or 12 green chillies, one capsicum cut into pieces, and fry them. Add the marinated chicken pieces, and let it boil.
  • Add two bunches of coriander leaves and a little china salt and fry on low flame. Add pepper powder if necessary.
