How to Make Spicy Chicken Masala Fry

  • Cut the chicken into medium-sized pieces. Mix together the salt and all the curry powder. Marinate for 15 mins.
  • Heat olive oil, fry the sliced onion, green chillies, cloves and cinnamon stick. When onion turns golden, add the chicken, curry leaves and saute for a couple of minutes.
  • Then add yogurt, tomato, stir a few turns and add 2 cups of water and lemon juice.
  • Cook till chicken is tender, add salt to taste, garnish with coriander leaves.
